Modern microelectronics is almost entirely built around silicon microchips. In this field, electronic devices and appliances are being miniaturised by integrating a large number of transistors and other electronic components on a single crystal (chip) or in a single package.

We are teaching future microelectronics engineers who receive only the most relevant knowledge and skills in the field of development, support and integration of technological processes of micro- and nanoelectronics.

What makes the programme unique is that students work on real projects together with Mikron Group: creating new technologies, developing prototypes or optimising product development processes. Both the best teachers of our university and Mikron employees will work with you on the projects. The practice will also take place in modern laboratories of AES KAI and at our industrial partner Mikron Group, a top chipmaker in Russia. This gives you the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in conditions close to real work in production.
